Tampa Golf Vacation

Do you love golf and enjoy spending time in the warm sun? Maybe you need a little rest and relaxation. Whatever the reason, book a Tampa golf vacation at one of Tampa’s golf resorts to satisfy both your golfing and relaxation needs.

Tampa Bay has an abundant number of golf vacation packages to choose from varying in price, length of stay and amenities.

Bellesview Biltmore Resort

The Belleview Biltmore Resort is open for bookings of golf vacations for private groups and business teams. Play 18 holes of Tampa golf and seek advice from a pro at the resort.

The course, designed by well known golf architect Donald Ross, is built to challenge golfers with several water hazards. The course is par 71. When not on the golf course, guests can enjoy the spa, fitness facility and dining.

Emerald Greens Private Resort

The Emerald Greens Private Resort requires a three night stay in one of its villa’s. Designed by Dan Maples, the resort has twenty-seven holes, a driving range, range balls and practice area for unlimited use.

Included in this Tampa golf vacation are unlimited daytime golf, air-conditioned golf carts, pool, playground, fitness area, fine dining and a day spa.

Saddlebrook Resort

The Saddlebrook Resort has thirty-six holes of golf designed by Arnold Palmer with Tif-Eagle greens. Length of stay is for three nights and includes four rounds of golf among two courses.

Also at the resort are tennis courts, a European-style spa and a team building course. The courses resemble those in New England and provide scenic views that are surrounded by Cypress trees.

SpringLake Golf Resort

The SpringLake Golf Resort offers a Tampa golf vacation package complete with two eighteen-hole courses as well as villas. SpringLake is home to the world’s largest green according to the Guinness Book of World Records coming in at 42,000 square feet.

The resort is surrounded by natural, undeveloped habitat and is located near some of Florida’s popular attractions like Highlands Hammock.

Innisbrook Resort and Golf Club

The Innisbrook Resort and Golf Club covers 900 acres and boasts four golf courses. Besides playing golf, vacationers can dine at the club’s restaurants, play tennis, swim in the pools equipped with waterfalls and waterslides, workout at the fitness center and watch their kids play at the children’s recreation center.

Booking a golf vacation in Florida is pretty easy thanks to the internet. The hardest part is choosing which place to stay. Rates and packages vary from season to season.

Depending on the time of year and length of stay, (some resorts have minimum and maximum lengths) and the number of guests per group, prices differ.

When bringing the whole family you may want to look for a resort that offer kid friendly activities and one that is within close driving distance of other Tampa attractions or Tampa Bay beaches.

Vacation packages can be booked directly online through the resorts website where pricing and additional information is available. There are a number of companies in the area that will book a vacation package for you for a fee.

Booking a package this way lets someone else do the work and ensures you will get everything you want out of your vacation such as amenities, particular courses, close proximity to off-course attractions, kid friendly or adult only resorts and much more.
